I haven't been able to see a way to include the "duration" that auto-populates on a calendar item. It doesn't seem to be listed as a field that can be used on a report or as an "insert letter widget". This would be helpful for our operation as its very scheduling centric and I end up just having to add a separate field to type in the duration so I can get it to show up on a report.
