Our Leadership Team often refer to eTap journal entries when discussing with donors of their giving. Because donors are able to cover fees recently, the "received" amount includes the fees. This has caused a lot of confusion with donors when they believe they donated $1500 but the amount displayed in etap is not $1500 but something like $1543.75. We have lost a few donors because we couldn't explain how much the fees were exactly in the moment.

Your helpdesk taught us how to add columns to our journal display in general, but our leadership team and board members want it displayed amongst all the basic transactional details (payment method used, check number, etc).
