It would be really convenient if there was a way to submit a technical support question during non-business hours. I often find myself doing work after hours and encounter a need for technical assistance. Being able to submit the question while I am in the midst of experiencing the difficulty would be so much easier than having to wait to submit my question until normal business hours. I'm not expecting an answer during non-business hours.
Thanks for responding Kimberly. I was struggling to find this option and have since learned it requires that we have Web Support as part of our subscription. So, glad to know it's an option. It would have been helpful to clarify that so I didn't spend a lot of timing trying to figure out where to find this option. Also, for what it's worth, we pay a lot for our annual subscription. I don't think an extra fee to be able to submit a technical support question after hours is reasonable. And, just to be clear, I am just suggesting the ability to submit a technical support request during off hours... I'm not asking that my questions get answered during non-standard business hours. Thank you!
