Imports to mass interaction with mapping to more fields than just account number

This can already be done with contacts and notes, but would allow us to record more detail in mass interactions, which would create more consistency in our reporting

    We offer the options to import a Mass Interaction by Account Number or Account information.

    If you select the Account information with a single Mass Interaction you can also add additional account fields to the mapping than what is included by default.

    For the Mass Interaction itself, we expose all available field in the import templates (Date, Method, Subject, and Note). Mass Interactions do not contain user defiled fields.
