Edible Gift Types

Please add “ACH” and “Wire” as additional gift type fields in eTap. The only option we have right now for those electronic types of giving is EFT and that doesn’t allow us to separate out things for balancing. Having ACH and Wire would really help!

    Our intention with the EFT gift type is for it to be used as an umbrella for all types of EFTs, including:

    • ACH transfers

    • Wire transfers

    • ATM transactions (withdrawals, deposits, and transfers)

    • Debit card transactions

    • Peer-to-peer payments

    If your organization would like to track additional information about the transaction, you can create a transaction user defined field called something like "EFT Type" with values of ACH, Wire, etc.
