eTapestry is mainly used by our fundraising team and not by finance. Finance gain their information about whether they can submit gift aid claims but looking at transactions reports from all other platforms such as JustGiving, Facebook, Visufund etc.

I've been told that using DIY forms with eTapestry isn't compliant if we are audited, as we can't prove someone ticked yes to gift aid when completing the donation form.

It would be helpful if the confirmation email or the transaction report contained Gift Aid: Yes or No to make it cleared for our finance team.
