It would allow Donor's to opt in to pay the fee like they can do for one time donations and it would provide a prescribed end date for recurring donations which is best accounting practice. Say someone donates $10 recurring gifts with a max of $100. There should be an automatic end date to stop the donation after the 10th payment is received.
