Before the update of Balckbaud mobile pay software, we were able to swipe cards on the mobile terminal that connected into the headphone jack of a phone and they woud automatically flow to eTapestry. This featue is why we use the mobile terminals vs another processing software.
The curret sofware version eliminates this feature. Transactions must be manually uploaded to eTapestry. This lost feature means processing with blackbaud presents no advantage over using another processor such as Square.
Please bring back the ability to link Blackbaud mobile pay to eTapestry or let us go back to the old software.
