Constituent primary/member icons

Why did etapestry do away with the quick & easy little icons next to constituent's names that let you know who was the primary person in the household & who were the members?  Now these icons only show up if you open up a person by going into their persona, journal, etc.  It would be helpful to have these icons back next to constituent's names.

    The icons on the search page have been replaced with the words.  if that column does not show up for you, you can add it and drag and drop it in any location you want on the search page.  The biggest issue around icons is that you have to know what they mean.  Sometimes, as in this case, it was proved out that just showing you the word was to understand.
