Currently, when a user selects a query to transfer to Constant Contact, they enter an email address to receive confirmation of the transfer. There should be an option for the admin to always receive a confirmation in addition to the manually entered one at the time of transfer.
Thank you for the suggestion. We will update you if we decide to implement this, but in the meantime wanted to let you know that you can enter more than one email address (separated by a comma). So users can include admin email addresses when initiating the transfer.
