We want to have PayPal as an option on DIY forms that make our giving platform. If donors select to use their credit card, we want them to have the option to pay the credit card fees. What I am told by eTapestry (Blackbaud) is that if PayPal is an option you can no longer have the option to have the fees paid by the donor. May other donor systems allow it - eTapestry can too.
