It's inbetween a pledge and a gift. It's not exactly a pledge because the payment is on it's way but can take a little longer to receive (1-4 weeks). Then once it's received we can update from "Incoming Payment to "Gift" so we can keep track in a single record the notice of payment and the date it was received. It would also allow us to keep track of any checks that we don't receive past the notified time period.
