For online credit card donations, a specific letter is automatically sent to donor that aligns with the specific donation type selected

For automated emails to donors who make an online donation, you can only send one type of thank you letter. We have donors who donate in memory of, for our annual fundraiser, etc. This would allow the system to read the type of donation selected and send that specific letter/receipt to the donor.
