Ability to sort/filter journal entries simply by ALL transactions or ALL non-transactions. Right now, it forces you to check each individual transaction type, etc.

This has already been mentioned, but I cannot stress how much easier my life would be if I could simply view ALL Transactions or ALL Non-Transactions in a journal by date with one click Merged
