Chat session or Idea Bank - paste a graphic instead of having to do attachment

During a chat session or when submitted an Idea, it would be very handy to be able to paste in a graphic form Snip or Snag It, instead of having to do it via attachment (which probably no one reads).

    Great idea. That being said, that is a third party tool.  We will let them know, but we have no way to address this.  Thanks!
