In most online form products that I have used, it is actually possible to have a setting which allows the staff to receive the actual copy of the email that a donor received when they donated through an online form. This would be an extremely handy function because, in addition to the current notification that gets sent, the eTapestry users would be able to see at a glance if something is out of date or incorrect about the notification email. Though in theory this can be done via a preview, I've noticed that in managing several forms with variable data, that things have slipped through the cracks for me that would be have been obvious if I was receiving the email as well as our donor.
