Give us a bottom that let's us apply custom filters

Give us a bottom that let's us apply custom filters we create or to use the last filter we used.

I use the same filter setting over and over again and have to reset it for each account. I'd like to have a control that lets me use the last filter setting or have the ability to create a custom filter I can use when I want.
