Australia Settings do not match American

For the Australian address, they do not allow you to enter a city, all you can enter is a suburb.  Then when I pull my mailing list, all my Australian addresses do not have a city listed.  Please align these fields or add city to the Australian template.

    I've had many donors complain about this, it would be a great small edit if we could list 'suburb' as town/city/suburb instead, to cover all bases.
