Option to run benchmark reports using fiscal year, rather than calendar year

Our fiscal year begins July 1. It would be enormously helpful for us to be able to run the benchmark reports to compare fiscal years, rather than calendar years.

The benchmark reports are useless for nonprofits who start their fiscal year on July 1. this includes all schools!
