Advanced Find isn't very versatile. There should be access to more/all fields when in Advanced Find.
I often want to quickly look up a bunch of records but do not want to have to make a query out of it. Being able to search through Advanced Find and then only later make a query - if it's worth saving - makes a lot of sense.
I like the idea to create a new query from advanced find. It would be good to use Advanced Find as the primary first step for a new query, but the functionality is limited.
I am in the UK and would like to be able to search by County. We have 'address lines', 'City', 'County' and 'Post code'. However, the advanced find only has state/ province/region (and city), and this doesn't pull in UK county data.
Setting up compound queries for our data set plus each county is a long winded way of finding out about a few individuals.
Would really appreciate a selectable or UK -formatted address search function on here. Thanks
I so agree. It would be great to search on dollar value keywords in notes/contacts. Our accountant is forwever coming to my office and asking if I can find the donor who donated $XXX.XX. I have to use a query to do this - very time consuming.
