Ways to lessen ETap email communications from going into junkmail boxes

We would love to be able to directly email our constituents from ETap. However, messages we send through ETap vs. our standard corporate MS Outlook accounts seem more often than not to end up in people's junk-mail boxes. Not clear why this happens, but we can't afford to send emails re. donations that our constituents don't see.

Any way to improve receipts of email communications through ETap beyond putting the onus on our constituents? Again the success rate of delivery to in-boxes vs. junk boxes is much better through our standard MS Outlook accounts.

We are having the same problem and to the extent that we have virtually stopped sending mass emails via eTapestry but use a third party service, which creates a lot of extra admin work. Also if you send a one off email directly from eTap, eg. a receipt you get a pop up that tells you it's been sent but no notification if it bounces etc.
