I don't do that many queries and I am not the confident that my query/report is giving me what I really want. it would be nice to have a Query Bank where a user could alert eTap support that they have written a query/report and have the eTap support review and verify the query/report. Of course, this would require some type of form where the user could describe what results they were looking for, how the results are going to be used. etc. I know you can just do a chat/phone session, but having the bank would allow the eTap support folks to get a jump on it and maybe head off problems.
