You can add the email address to the Find Accounts results page. Click on the Choose Column button, find email put a check by it and then save. The email now shows up on the find results page. You can then click and drag that column (or any column) into the order you wish it to be in. It will save the changes so that the next time you come back to that screen, the email column will be there.
