Before exiting a record or, especially, a newsletter template or correspondence or before moving on to another screen, there should be an alert that pops up to tell you you have unsaved changes and ask if you would like to save before exiting. It should also automatically save drafts of correspondences periodically in case there is a power cut or automatic logout. There is nothing more frustrating than formatting an entire newsletter and then accidentally hitting the back button and losing it all!!
