Enable elimination of automated Note field verbiage in Document creation, when Create JE is selected.

We like being able to automatically generate a Journal Entry to log the creation of a Document.  But the system-generated  Notes with multiple lines of template & query information clutter our Donor reports, for example, that rely on the Notes field.  Couldn't we see what note is about to be created, so we can delete it or change it?  Or at least give us a check box to eliminate Note verbiage from the Entry?
