We currently have a certain thank you letter that automatically genterates when a donor makes an online gift.  Because it rarely happens we recieve a gift online that isn't recurring, I failed to check the tribute category and subsequently failed to chaeck that area of the gift.  I generated the letter that was already populated, thus missing picking it up as a tribute letter.  For online gifts, have that gift expand all fields in that journal entry.
