Thanks for the suggestion.  The way our account search works is that each field is weighted so that it bubbles the accounts that match most closely to what you search on to the top of the list.  In reality you can imagine it like the way Google displays results, so that is why they are not alphabetical.  In fact, we will even display the Persona that matches the closet to the results you are looking for even it if is not the primary one(there is a setting that you can choose to always show primary persona).
