Make account headers into collapsible content panels, e.g. a small arrow in top right corner of the header would allow a user to expand and collapse the header. Page elements below would respond accordingly, and be pulled up with a collapsed header and pushed down with an expanded one.

This would make for easier viewing, particularly when viewing the journal page and scrolling through entries.
