Remove the County field for Scottish Charities

In Scotland, we are more inclined to use the local authority area, rather than county field which is a bit old fashioned. Can this be disabled or removed?

    Dougie - At this time you can choose to require or not require that field but you will always see it.  I will chat with our International Product Manager about changing the name of it.  Thanks!
