We set up a shopping cart to sell tickets to events. The form does not have Company line available. So if someone uses a company credit card to purchase tickets for their firm, the order comes through as an individual and creates a new record for them instead of being linked to the company record.
We have the capability to distinguish between individual and corporate gifts on our donation page, but not the e-commerce page (WHY??). Now we have to go in and clean up all the orders to connect the payments to the companies and delete the new individual record.
We were told we could add an additional question line to ask for company name, but were also told system wouldn't scan for that name to connect to company record (not very helpful)
