Use import method to update multiple persona's

It would be a good idea if you were able to use the import method to update already existing persona's for more than one account at the same time. This would make it a lot easier and quicker to update multiple existing personas like their address lines, email addresses and so on.

    You can use import to update existing personas for more than one account at a time.  You can also use import to update multiple existing personas for the same account.  When you create your import file, make sure it includes the Persona Type column and map it in your import template. You also need to make sure the Persona Type is marked as a Key, along with the Account Name and/or account number, to ensure the correct persona gets updated.  If you have any additional questions, please contact our support team.
