Although most of our users now know that you should include a separate line in your query to exclude any record which has anything marked in the mailing status field, there can be times when sometimes someone could forget to select this or when a newer user sets up a mailing list and may not be aware. It would be useful if when ever a constituent has been marked as deceased they are automatically removed from any mass e-mails or letters.
