Improve Functions on Walk-troughs and Surveys

I appreciate eTap wants to provide walk-through on new features, but the current one has a section on adding an account.  Unfortunately whoever built it made it so you have to actually create an account in order to mark the walk-through completed. It's not really something I want to go through the trouble of doing and then deleting.  Perhaps the walk-throughs can be looked at for a way for the user to ignore or remove from their list?

As for the survey - I've completed it yet every morning when I log in I get that pop up window asking me to complete the survey.  Can eTap please investigate more responsive targeting for surveys?
