Add relationships as an available field for reports.

eTapestry should add relationships to the available fields when creating report so that a related account name can be displayed in a standard report.

    This is critical information that should be accessible in Custom Reports.

    At this time the only relationship option for reporting is the relationship export.  This can be found under Management, Standard Exports, Relationship Export.
