E-Tapestry currently has DIY forms for events, but no way to label event transactions correctly. As of now, the only way to to identify transactions from events is as GIFTs. This creates a problem for organizations that send invoices/ donation summaries to donors. If we insert field " last amount/ gift received", it will actually pull transactions from the event, which are none deductible and would actually create a bigger problem on the accounting end. If you have an option for events, please also have an option to label these transactions with something other than Gift, such as "purchase" or similar.
