When dealing with agencies and/or businesses, we often have more than 1 contact person.  It seems redundant to set up a new record/constituent for each contact at an organization when a persona will do, especially if there was some way of marking each persona so that it too could receive a mailing, such as a newsletter.  Since I've been told that other Blackbaud products contain this feature, I do not see why it could not be added to eTapestry.
