I find that many people want to be able to plan months in advance. If we had Calendar where people could see what the project was going to be and sign up with the same application it would be clear communication without all the barriers we have now. By including boxes for their name, number, and email information we would be able to add more volunteers to ETapestry as well. It could be used within eTap to organize employees as well.
