Your online giving form requires the entry of a full address and phone number. Research shows that including these unneeded (for credit card payment) fields significantly reduces online donations. We can get in touch with donors later via email if additional information is needed to process a payment. I strongly encourage eTapestry to modify this. For now I will have to use a different service to collect our online payments.
