It would be great to have that ability in creating a new user defined field to use calculations (ie: Age/Anniversary Number/Years of Service) based off of a different user defined date field. 

Example: 

Birth Date: April 14, 1980

Age: 36 Years Old (Using a calculation from the Birth Date field)
