Could the developers please consider an easy-to-use Archival Process for Inactive/Closed Constituent Accounts? For example, if there were a tick box on the primary account page or the Main Persona Page that was marked "Inactive Account", when ticked this box could "Grey the Page" AND mark "Do Not Mail" & "Do Not Solicit" on the Defined Fields tab. The constituent account would remain in eTapestry, but user who opened the record could be quickly alerted that account is inactive/closed. Thanks for considering! -Liz
