The reporting system is great for letting you know how many emails have gone, how many have been opened.

We like to email once more to those who have not opened the email.

It would be great if a query/report was available to get this information to be able to do this function.

Sometimes people just miss an email, so it's good to give them a second chance to get the message or get information about what you are promoting or discussing with your constituents.
