Some constituents have multiple email addresses per persona.  It would be great to have mass emails only sent to 1 of those addresses (so they aren't getting multiple emails/tax letters).  When you view a query, you are able to choose to view only the first email address on the account, so I feel it shouldn't be too much of a stretch to allow a similar option for mass emails.
