Right now you either have to reenter all the credit card information (provided you saved a paper or electronic copy - not a good practice) into eTapestry to try again, or go to your merchant account services provides virtual terminal, and reprocess the transactions there. Then you still need to go into eTapestry and re-enter the donation. Failed card transactions are a way of life, folks move and the AVS fails, people go over there credit limit, debit cards fail when bank balances go low, cards expire, the list of reasons are long. Please provide an easy way for us to update any changed info and press a retry button. If it is a re-occuring auto process credit card transaction, any changes would carry forward through the remaining transactions.
