add missing countries to the Country category. (This is really appalling!)

You do not have all of the countries listed in Country. For example: IRELAND or more correctly, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND is missing. How am I supposed to properly search for our constituents from IRELAND? Just using United Kingdom is improper.
