Please submit a customer request to the support/development team of eTapestry to have a "WORKING..." message displayed on the user screen whenever an action is selected that will take some time to process. This would include refresh of information on the HOME screen, submission of a Query, submission of a report, etc. Too often in the current system which has not WORKING message, the user makes a selection and then cannot tell if the system has recognized the requested selection since no response is given to the use by the system. This can then lead to the user make the selection once again because they got no response from the system, only to then have the system present a warning on the screen "You are attempting to do too many tasks". This can all be avoided by displaying a "WORKING..." message until the requested selection has completed processing.
