Credit Card Fees Merged

How about adding an option on DIY forms for donors to pay transaction fees when making a donation? This would allow organizations to receive 100% of the donation.

    Its absurd that this isn't an option. Every other platform has this and is a factor in making a decision on whether to move away from eTap.

    I feel like this has become a pretty standard option for most software and it would be very useful for nonprofits!
