ETAP has no idea of the net amount of a gift so the total of credit card gifts exported to the accounting system is not the same as the amount received from BBMS because BBMS deducts fees from each transaction.  To get around this, it is necessary to make a manual debit to the accounting system of the total BBMS fee each week.  This is very messy
