You have a message that says 'Name changes will not automatically update salutations. If updates are needed, go to the Personas section and update those manually.' When you try and change salutations in Account settings. You CANNOT change salutations that will save in Personas, you HAVE to change them in Account settings. This message is in the wrong screen
