Any time someone has the ability to create a recurring gift, they need to have the ability to edit it or change it themselves.  They should not have to give us their credit card info and have us edit their gift - it should be under their control.  As a donor myself, this is something that has caused me to pull my recurring gift or to find another way to make the gift.  It's not acceptable to not give them that ability - it's their money and their credit card.
