The DIY forms were completely translatable from English to French or whatever language.

We discovered that the DIY forms that we are using as our donation page are not fully translatable - as a result, certain address information, donation information and all the credit card information is in English only. This will certainly offend our French donors and is real missed opportunity.

    For Canadian companies using e-tap, this is a MUST.  English and French are the official languages of the country and companies offering services nationwide must do so in both official languages.  Not to have the ability to translate the fields and adapt them is a big negative.  I know that we can pay for customized forms but this is a very pricey option.  I hope that e-tap will review their position on this.

    We have no plans to make this change at this time.  The page is totally dependent on your local which only allows for pages to be in one language.
